  1. Did you even look at the log file? Right at the top it tells you it is Sun Java version 1.5.0.06..Jeez.. Also if you had looked at the log file (right at the top) you would have seen "Current thread (0x02b44220): JavaThread "thread applet-ConferenceRoom.class" [_thread_in_native, id=1928]" This isn't Windows XP related, it is most likely a poorly written app (applet-ConferenceRoom.class) that he came across on the web that crashed his JVM. Nothing to worry about unless A. It happens with all Java apps he tries to access (try an uninstall and reinstall) B. He is a developer and it's happening with an app that he's writting (get specific help from Java folks, not here) C. He's on a intranet and using some commercial application (talk to your IT folks or tech support for the app)
