You dont even have to pay full tax, and shipping is usually low or free.You could also find the parts from ncix, then take the list to a local computer store and have them order in the parts and match the price or build it for you.Ofcourse, you have to know what you're doing to select the right parts from NCIXAs for price, it really depends on the strength of the system you want.
