Personally I think that Anarchy would work. First off, it doesn't mean that people would be running rampage about the streets in cold blood, but it would basically be just like it is now. The only real difference is the absence of the greedy governments of the world. I love the idea of Anarchy, but sadly I know it would never happen, seeing as the governments of today are just too big and mighty to bring down.
