hey guys, i wanna help a friend of mine, she has a probshe likes a guy, and she wants to get it out of her and tell him she likes him, but she doesnt want to make things awkward between them, and there's also the fact the guys leaving for college in a couple months, but she feels by telling him, it'll lift a big weight off her, but at the same time is scared if things will get awkward

Hey this is a quetion i have regarding a present situation at our schoolA non-tenured teacher is being removed, the school district gives no reason, and many agree that the teacher is among the best in the school, there have been student demonstrations organized by us, but the board has been adament, the demonstration on friday involved around 200 students.does my teacher have any rights?if you come across any or know any, pls do let me know, tomorrow is the last day for him to resign saying that he voluntarily quit the school system for next year, or else they'll fire him. he's a good man, we need to help.p.s. As the title says, i wanna see what all of you out there think the difference between a crush and true love isi'm 16, and havent seen much of life, but i think i have the general gist of the difference.This happens so because of my own relationship with a girl, which hasnt gone well, i wrote this story in the topic named Confusing girls, but it didnt work out, and usually for me, if it was a crush i would've forgotten a girl in a month or two, but this girl, even though i tried to avoid for a 3 months after she said no, and staying away, not even seeing her face weeks at a time, i still feel like something is missing in my heart, its like i left my heart with her, and to tell you the truth i think its love, I think its love because, I know a relationship is impossible, and i expect nothing from liking her, but i still love her unconditionally, meaning i dont expect anything in return, if this was a regular crush, i'd expect something in return, but i dont even talk to her that much, an occassional Hi, and thats it, and still she's in there, pretty deep.

There's this girl i like, its a long story, but here's how it wentI saw this girl in the quad at my HS, and she's a junior to me, so i had no classes with her, so i basically talked to her a couple times, made some excuses to go around her, and asked her to a dance 4th time i ever talked to her, the dance i thought went well, so i told her i liked her, a week after the dance, she replied she's trying to get over another guy, (according to friend, its been 2 years now) so basically rejected me, and my friends told me try to stay away from her a bit, so she doesnt feel like i'm stalking her, and try to get over her, only problem is, i still cant seem to get over her, and its been 3 months, and the more i think about it, the more i want to be with her, we talk once in a while, but i dont see her much, and i really really want to be with her.i mean i read if you really want something to happen, it will happen, in some way or another, but this is just getting to be impossibleIf you have any advice please please help methank you
