Now I'm being told I've been suspended for flooding when I was the one being flooded. I can't get a backup or anything.This is pathetic. I don't even know why I came back to Xisto - Web Hosting.

My site is really messed up. When i get to cpanel my password dosnt work, when i use the ftp my password dosnt work. When i get to my site its just this http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. All my site is gone and I can't do anything.

That's strange then because the site is down for another 50 people...Got new hosting now.

Site is down again.Would it be possible to be moved to one of the new servers?My forum hosting site promises an uptime of at least 98%. The uptime is now 95%.

I've been playing C&C games for around 5 years now. Renegade for the past 2 and a half years.I think this is good but I've heard theres loads of trouble with mods like renalert and things like that.

755. They've never been any trouble before, it's just today it's started. We have been having lots of floods though. Around 4 floods today with over 1000 members. Not sure if that effects this though. I use to do that but never had a reply

Now some of my hosted members are having trouble viewing pages and getting errors like admin_words.php could not be accessed.

When I upload files I get this error. auth_forum_body.tpl: Permission deniedRename/move failure: Permission denied I've tried it on different ftp programs but they all say the same.

It's not loading at all now.

The slowness of the site is just unbelievable now.I can hardly get onto a page, it takes around 5 minutes to load

It wasn't going slow yesterday but today it's started to go slow again. It's not just on the homepage, its all over the site and it times out sometimes to. It's not just me either people have been reporting the same to me. I don't want to be annoying but when being a free forum host it dosn't look good when the site is slow. When someone requests a free forum it sends them a confirmation email

It's been going up and down the past 24 hours.I was also told I was moving server a while ago but I guess thats not happening.I think I've found a host what I want so I will probably be cancelling within the next few days.

I can't.It's under heavy construction and has bugs at the moment.If my members login now then they find the bugs before I can fix them.

I can't see any errors on the error log which refer to this one. It's almost as if the site timesout, but dosnt show the page has timed out, just shows a blank page.I put the site offline because well, you can see from what it says "under heavy maintenance".If the mysql information wasnt there it wouldnt load the skin, images, site, the closed message etc.

I keep trying to get onto my site, sometimes it works sometimes it dosnt.When it dosnt work it loads but then just brings up a blank page, the title is then the page url.I really need this sorted because i had to stop doing maintenance which i've been trying to carry out the past few days.Many thanks,xadet3

Site just went down again

I know it's up now.But it's been down for the past 2 hours.And I still can't get onto the ftp.

Well the site was down, I spoke to opaque and understand why etc now. But after that I tried logging into the ftp and it says my pass is wrong. It's the same as in the email, same as ftp etc.Please help me out, I was supposed to be doing maintenance on my site tonight but It look's like I no longer will :(My site is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ like my site is down again.[edit]Looks like my mysql is down again.Time to search for a new host. No offence but this host probably has a uptime of around 80%
