I am not being able to login into my ftp accounts too (however, the site is online)... I have already tried changing the password, but it always gives me an authentication error (in all the accounts).I am not complaining, nor saying that I will leave Xisto - Web Hosting, which I will not. I just would like to see my problem solved :(My domain is sleeping-ocean.com.Thank you!

There has been someone with the same problem before me, but the topic is locked, so... I'm not sure if my helpdesk ticket has been submitted, because I haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail. Anyway, I am having the same problem that the author of this thread. My domain is sleeping-ocean.com (externally registered). Can you please check it? Also, as soon as the problem is fixed I will upload a full cpanel backup from my previous site. To whom do I have to ask to restore it? Thank you

Hello,After reading your plans with attention, I have decided to buy the cheapest premium package. However, my domains are already hosted with another company, and I wanted to transfer everything, including my sub-domain, ftp, mysql, and so on, configurations from there to my Xisto - Web Hosting account. Is it possible to do this host transfer without loosing any data? If yes, how?Thank you,Claudia
