my hosting said.. Directory name not exist or have bad name..how to solve this?

i think i don't use filter for the first one background..hurm.. i create the background..actually.. what do you want?tell me where to get good photoshop brush tutorial..can u give me example the sig don't use filter.. but use brush only..
