  2. Use a big pic for this tutorial, mine was originally 1600x1200

    so... step 1. choose a pic.

    Copy the layer and select the new layer... then stamp it (Filter->Sketch->Stamp) and choose Cutout (Filter->Artisic->Cutout)

    When you stamp it try to keep as many details as possible... it may look messy but the cutout will take care of that.

    Set the blending to Overlay, and there you have it!
