I have this weird new problem that only started recently. When I watch a streaming video on Windows media player, the video freezes and sometimes the audio cuts out too. I tried installing all the latest codecs but that hasn't helped. Any advice?

They moved up to a pg-13 rating recently so that alone means its not just a kids film anymore. Anyways, they never really were "Just kids films" because the books were popular with adults as well, and now that the actors have grown I think they will appeal to more people now. Either way, I'm 19 and I enjoy it and my boss at blockbuster is in his 30's and enjoys it...my sister is in here 20's and she loves them. In some cases I think adults enjoy them more than kids. I'd consider them action suspense movies rather than drama's if it wasn't a family movie.

Just got home from work so this topic feels so natural now...Anyways I work at blockbuster, have been working here for 3 years now and am just beginning to be disgruntled with it.Reasons why I hate my job-My store is a training store, when I ask for more hours I get denied or get a short shift, despite the fact that I've been working here more than anyone ESPECIALLY TRAINEES.-My boss brags that she's giving me a nice raise, when in fact it just makes up for the fact that I started below what your supposed to start at and my last raise was a nickel. She wants me to thank her boss...-The heat is broken but the ac works fine, so the store is actually colder inside than outside during winter.-Customers are complete ***holes. I've dealt with 2 customers who are both so angry with us they threatened to sue. One even took down my name to use in court.-I have to wake up at 7am, during a day I have classes at 9:30 to help with inventory, because my coworker wants to wait in line to get an XBOX 360.Post your stories as well.

Just a question for you guys who have played it.I read a review online (I forget which site, could have been gamespot or ign...I forget where I visited half the time anyways)...and the reviewer said that Age of Empires 3 was little more than a small improvement upon Age of Empires 2 and was not nearly as good as its predecessors. Is this true? Because I saw some of the graphics and they looked absolutely amazing, I mean...I'm an old school RTS'er and looking for something that I can match up with the fun I had playing starcraft and the original Age of Empires.

Its not like you can control them with that piece of work they call a controller... Seriously, I have to have a controller in each hand and be swinging my arm back and forth...I get tired just thinking about it. It seems to gimmicky and I think it will be the Revolutions downfall.I mean sure you made my mouth water with the possiblities of all those great characters but I'm steering clear of the revolution. I can barely afford an X360 and a PS3 as it is.

Its definately possible to make money online, but the problem is many of the survey and paid-to-surf sites are scams.Personally, I've never actually tried one of the website the requires you to pay for them to send you surveys to make money off of, so I cant vouch for their integrity. But I made a few dollars of a free survey site and they actually sent me a payment through paypal too. Don't ask for the address because its been months and I've forgotten it Unfortunately the stopped sending surveys after awhile but it was good while its lasted. On the other hand, most of the paid-to-surf programs never worked out for me...In my experience with them I found it impossible to earn their minimum requirement for them to send me payment. They either have a ridiculously low rate like 3 cents an hour or a ludicrously high minimum payout amount like 20 dollars. Sure its probably possible to make money, but it would take ages. Not to mention half the paid-to-surf programs load your computer with spyware and junkBasically I don't think any of these online programs are worth a second look because frankly they are just a waste of time. But to answer your question, they aren't all scams. I always say, if you need money get a job...don't rely on the little change you can scrap up online.

Yea, I've heard alot of mixed reviews as far as Call of Duty is concerned. I've heard some say it looked great and others weren't impressed. I've seen the pictures in magazines and I don't see how they can't be impressed. Anyways, my friend played a demo of King Kong and said it was absolutely incredible looking, normally I wouldn't get a game based on a movie because they tend to be bad...but this might be an exception. Geez, by the time I'm done buying a $300 system + $100 harddrive + several $60 games I'm gonna be too wiped out to even buy a PS3...Well guess its back to work to beg for a raise and ask for more hours...
