Download a programme called AppGeeker, it will allow you to boot into active disk before the os kicks in and you can just delete off the password. http://www.appgeeker.com/guide/reset-windows-7-password.html The primary use of the software is to backup the os but it allows you to remove passwords when clients forget them.
