At office, everyone is doing the same job so everyone is equal.So to get your an edge over the other to need to do more work than other that too in the same time span.sounds like a tough to me.But Productivity tools and tips is what you will get that toughness.1. Countinuously update yourself. That will bring you more involvement in the discussion with the superiors.2. Learn new things in each and every field and expand your scope. This would help you in building relationship with others, not only superiors but also colleagues and not to mention the people whom you met in some party.3. Increase your typing speed and accuracy. Even if one of these two major components you miss out, you will be at the same level, not to mention a funny thing for others.4. Remember the shortcuts in the regular tools / softwares.5. Experiment in free time with new software and techniques. (you need to invest some after working hours into that)6. Always plan ahead. This will keep you a little well prepared for the next coming thing.7. DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING PENDING as far as possible. Keep your reports ready but do not give it to your boss so early. A little early will make a good impression. But A LOT early will make you taken your granted.8. Involve yourself in each and everything which is going around in your team. This will give you an outline of the environment what you have to deal with.9. Learn from the mistakes of others. This is complementary with the previous one. Dont do this, you will be just another mistake.These are the golden rules I am implementing at work.I would like to thank the following thing / software which have contributed to kickstart of career.1. I agree with Niloc.I used play a lot of RoadRash and NFS a long time back.But later on the upgrates of the games kept on coming and I ended up wasting a lot of money on the upgrades to be in the gang of gamers (that what we used to call ourselves:P). Later on I was a close to getting bankrupt but my brain got active and left the gang of gamers.Sadfully the gang of gamers is flurishing now coz the rest were a sons of rich fathers.I was the one who did everything by myself.Anyways .. dude .. gaming is really addictive, you continue if you are a rich man or your father is :Panyways enjoy.

I was looking about all the Market recognized RDBMS.I know a very few of them.1. Oracle2. Microsoft SQL Server3. IBM DB24. Sun's CloudSpace5. MySQL6. PostgreSQL.7. Microsoft Access. ( I wonder if Microsoft Excel is an RDBMS)8. NCR TeradataWhat are the other big player in the RDBMS Market ?Out of these I found MySQL to be the most comfortable one.Oracle, Teradata, DB2 , I , suppose they are meant for only huge companies and not a website backend.Anyone has any idea what RDBMS does Hotmail, Yahoo, Rediff, Gmail all these companies use ?So sorry for unintentionally posting it in here.I was reading someone's request for Free Hosting and then I started posting the topic.Let me know if I got the right to move it to the intented space.

Terrifc , Inspiring Speech.Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Dr. Manmohan Singh both highly learned people on the highest post of the India.What they lack is power.Give them power they will change the whole look of the country.But first I think the person who deserves power is Bal Thackery (obviously for one month only) to get rid of the terrorists.Then he should surrender the power to these two great people.Everyone excepts someone else to do something. I have no complaints against Internet Explorer is it good if you install all the security patches and service packs.I have one complaint with FireFox that it is slow and it is not so user friendly.I also dont have any complaint against Opera. It has a cool GUI.But what I loved was GreenBrowser it is an extension kinda thing to Internet Explorer.I loved it features.It has a hell lot of options.Fantastic GUI.Making surfing a pleasure.Try it out.Also one complaint against GreenBrowser when it isnt in a good mood it will eat up all your CPU Speed.So be careful.

I should commit suicide for having 40k connection.For the cost of 650 Rs. per month(which if converted into US$ is 13$).In my area this cable connection operator has the monopoly so we dont have any option other than this.I have been on this connection for 2 years now.I am wondering when will this area of mine will EVOLVE to the speed of MBPS.I guess not before I die.But still I am not complaining that is enough for surfing.But downloading one movie takes a week.And I am a huge fan of Movies and TV Series like FRIENDS, Seinfeld, LOST so I keep downloading them. So my computer is on 24/7. My record has been 1 month my computer ON.I will migrate to some other country if the condition doesnt improve in here.

I got LOST.Season 1 - 25 Episodes.Season 2 - 5 Episodes.LostRevealed.After FRIENDS this is the only TV Serial I am addicted to.LOST is a serial where in punchline of X-files suit very well."EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED"from the Start till now (after 30 episodes) it has maintained the interest / curiosity of the audience till its top level.I got the pilot episode from a friend I liked it so much that I downloaded the rest myself on my *darn* 40kbps connection. But it was well worth the patience.The series is getting compared with Survivors the reality show. But I dont think that Survivors is anyway close to what LOST is now.LostRevealed tells that LOST's pilot episode was the most expensive pilot episode for any serial ever made on Television.Jack , the leader I am wondernig what happened to his marriage ?The flashback shows that he got married.But he isnt wearing his ring.Whats the story behind that ? I am very eager to know.My favourite character would be Sayeed.He is a man of muscle, heart and logic.What would your favourite one ?I also like LOST because I learned a lot of things from it.The surival techniques.Also, it is best of keep your life simple so that one it is lost you wont be affected much.So I have decided that I will keep my life simple except for my computer.Because without Computer life is no good, atleast for me.I dont know why I dont like watching the episode I have already watched.I want the new one only.with FRIENDS it was like I can watch any episode any time. The best place I have ever been was a place Nhava in Raigad District of Maharashtra in India.It was HEAVEN.No pollution.By the way it is a Shipping Area.You have open land for miles and miles.Driving over there was the one of the best drives of my life.It was the best in the rainy season.We could see the rain coming to us inch by inch.And when it rained it was cool like a refrigerator.It was a wild camp, it was group of 60 people.Everyone had their own rooms.We used to go jogging at 5 in the moring in the cold season.It was killing a workout.But after that there was a heavy lunch awaiting so we had a kept target for ourselves.The rooms were expensive.But so worth it.The view included the sea.And the road on the other side of the sea.We lived their for 3 months.Awaiting the day when we will return home.But when home it was the same old dull life.Watching the ships move around was the most romantic scene could anyone see.

I dint see the whole video.But I did fell in love with that picture of the girl the guy took by mistake.What a look.Innocence was what I fell in love with.Thank god I dint see the end.I hate sad endings.But the girl took my heart.
