Actually I've never had the starter package and still had this error, so I think its more of a random thing then just for the starter package.Actually I just checked, it looks like mine currently is saying unlimited too... weird indeed

UnderGround 2 was really cool. I love how you could likek break your board and do some crazy chrashes. I also loved playing as the wheel chair kid...

Pretty much can be said for GTA. They give you enemies, some guns, lots of vehicles and let the story unfold... I guess you can compare them on some general terms, but overall they're entirely different. The 3rd person perspective just isn't the same as a FPS.
