i want to learn about basic of writing and using php,cgi,pl filecan you give me some website that easily teach that kind of stuff for me?i just want to build up formmail process

because i can't find that information from that website.purpose i want to create own .pl file in order to build up formmail web page

coz after i deleting temp file on the disk clean up process my comp. it's running unregularly some pictureare not showing properly. so how can i know what temp i deleted and recover it back....thank you
