I fixed it I had to use ftp.mysubdomain.astahost.com with my username and password and it came right up. If this happens to anyone esle use ftp.yourdomain.astahost.com to connect with your username and password.

 

Now back to business why did the ftp Xisto.com used to work and now I am having to use my domain, I have not really changed anything except by OS which crashed (maybe it was always that way) Must be another operator error, well I am back to FTP so it doesn't matter.
