Hello. I have server 2003 os installed on my server. I have 2 NICs connected to same switch and need to double speed on 2 IP.How to do it? I used linux and it was easy there, simly set up bonding. But how to do it in 2k3 os? Thank for help, guys.

What's about war with Iran? Do you thinks your country will fight with Iran? Iraq is a country of 2 religions. (Shinits and Sunnytes or how they are in english. Two parts of Islam)But Iran is very strong country with one religion. And whenever other countries think about nuclear weapons I thinks it will make nuclear weapons. At first, Iran is absolutely independent from other countries in oil productions. And if EU will apply financial sanctions against Iran it will make bad firstly to self! Because EU have no oil. Oil is bought from Iran, Africa, Russian and Saud Arabia. And US also don't have their own oil plants. If US will fight against iran it will not get needed oil and American people first will have problems. For example gasoline will cost 2 times more. Do you need such problems? Of course not. And you can't win war in Iraq, how you will fight against Iran. It's very funny.

My mum works in a casino. Remember casino never loose. Never. Heh. If you think you are lucky in a casino it isn't true. Anyway sooner or later you will lose. This day you can win some money but tommorow you will lose double of your yesterday wining. Trust me. I know how much money casino have every day =)Now about luck in wining. And may be sometimes be more experienced then others? Some times we can think of luck but really we simly more experienced. And about bettings. If you bet and win for example 20 times. You think you are master of bettings, but it's not as you think =) Did you thought how much you lost? Try to count. Count not only this time, count all times you was in casino. Try to count truely, don't lye to self. Never forget that casino is very hard structure, people work and try to get more and more money.

There is a problem .I've configured dhcpd to update my dns records in named.It works normal only with "Use DNS-Suffix of connection in registration" in TCP/IP -> DNS settings.If I don't check this it doesn't work. But it's impossible to change settings on every PC. I think you should by good managed switch with 1/2 gigabit ports. To this gigabit port connect server and to next gigabit port you in future can connect neighbours switch to improve switch to switch performance. Gigabit ports to PC is waste of money and time =) It's really need when connect server to it. And if you have file server it's better to use 2 gigabits network cards connected to gigabit switch. (merge 2 nextwork cards and enjoy 2 gb/s )And you don't need to rewire your house. 100 mb connection uses 2 pairs of wair while there are 4 pairs. Only 1 gb connection need 4 pairs, so you easily can use 1 gb on old wires.

I've bought AP and configured all I wanted. Everything works fine. On the other side of the house (30 meters away from ap) I have normal signal. And it's with 3 walls between ap and laptop. I haven't imaged how it may be cool sitting in the kitchen and surfing internet without cable =) Now I'm fighting with my router =) May be near to the evening I will win this battle =)The next thing, I found instruction how to made helix antena at home. On the test it showed G = 17.5 dBi or 13.4 dBi (Kraus or Emerson respectively) . This means I can connect to it at speed of 11 mb/s arround 10 miles away from it. What do you think about it. And what's about 3 km with 2-3 walls? Will it work or not?

A found a lot of documentation. So, as I understood, anyway 108 MBit/s is too much for flat. I can reach this speed only outside home in clear place where nothing can interference connection. Normal speed is 54 and 22 mbit/s. On this speeds link is very good as people say. I'm stopped on Standalone AP from Dlink with print server and NAT. It's a good choice. Any way, if it's bad, I can sold id very fast and buy one another.Now I'm thinking about making our local network... What you can say about external wide range cheap antenas for block home? And I'm thinking about directed AP with antenna to our school. It will be very usefull sitting in the school and surfing The Internet. I'm arround 500 meters far from shcool and there our school had good walls that specialy build to stay in earthquake.

Would D-Link work with Intel PRO Wi-FI cards? (In my laptop)And again. What's about PCI Wi-Fi AP? Do they work normal?

I have 8-port switch. (D-Link )You said about restrictions of connection to other switches. This means it will not work as a bridge between, for examle, wireless network and wired if I will connect it to switch? Or beetwen 2 wireless routers, if second isn't d-link?I see a lot of people using Linksys router, switches etc. But they are mostly Americans. Is Linksys good vendor? There, in Russian, I hear about them very rarely.And what about PCI cards? Are they worse then standalone AP ? And if it's how much worse.

I'm going to by Wi-Fi AP.There are many standarts of Wi-Fi. I'm thinking of speeds 54 (802.11g) and 108 mb/s (802.11g). Is it real 108 mb/s (13.5 MB/s) or not? What will work better in a flat? And if I buy AP with 108 mb/s speed can I will be set speed slow to make connection better? Or nothing will change? And what you can say about D-Link 2100 AP ?

I want to made self-educationable IR Control board. The first I want it's out logical 1 on some pin on key press on my IR (From TV or Home Theater).And then made it self-educable. For example turn it to education mode by pressing some buttons. Then it will read code sent to the IR Receiver and write changes to EEPROM.Do you understand? And now, who can help me with scheme and programming? I haven't done this ever and don't know how to connect IR Receiver to MC and how IR works. How recognise commands for example?

Heh, What's about microphone and speaker. I think it will be usefull if we, for example, can translate sound into our mind directly, explectin ears. Do you understand what i'm speaking about?And also integrate mic into our mouth. Now we can use implantants. I thinks in future we will able to translate video and audio directly in our mind. If I add this to hosts it resolves as 192.168.144.200 only on computer where are I added this. DNS server doesn't look for records in hosts. Hosts file uses as first place where computer try to find hostname <> ip address.

Please help me with configurating bind dns server. I configured it for internet domain names resolving (forwarder) and local domains resolver (xxxxx.ds) now I need that dns resolve internet domain as I want. cs.kuban.tv as 192.168.144.200 instead of 213.132.64.34, I don't know how to do it. DNS server I forward request to, resolve it as 213.132.64.34. What I should write in config file? Slackware linux 10.2 / BIND 9.Thanks for all who will reply.

Well, you are need setup your server as Gateway to the Internet?Throught server, because you are need block some content? Like porno, warez and etc? You can easily do it using WinGate on Windows. And I think you should setup DHCP server, because setup every PC settings manually very trivial. Wingate have such option. If you installed Linux on your server, I couldn't help you. I can say that Linux is more secure by the way, but you'll have some problems like file acces and internet access. I've server in my home network working on MS Windows 2003 Server + WinGate + ServU FTP server. All works fine =)

Oh, bad. I can't burn image at all, because I never seen lightscribe media in the markets. But I burned labelflash cover few times! It's looks very good.
