You need something like this http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ "It allows you to use any 3rd party msstyle theme on Windows XP/SP1/SP2 or Windows Server 2003 (with Themes enabled) by patching the uxtheme.dll (dynamic link library)" After install, you just need to copy some theme to Windows->Resource->Themes doubleclick on it, and your new theme will be applied.
