  1. I like ImageShack. In my opinion they dont have many ads. It costs a ton to do what they do. They need the money from the ads to keep on running it but I dont know. Some things about it are just annoying. I dont like big projects unless I'm at the head of them :)I've been using IMGshare.us lately. Loads quicker. Less ad's. Designed by someone I know and still small enough to be good in my book. The only give the URL of the image but for me that's fine.

  2. Can this thread be closed already? No one wants to remember the bugs and freezes and crashes of IE. I don't know anyone who would use it. Most people who still use IE use it because there computer isn't good enough to run it. So when they got Firefox I'm sure they would be happy to have a new look. I'm sure more people have done the same thing as well. Honestly. There is no point.

  3. They are the same image. There isn't any difference in the file size. I don't quite get why you did that but whatever you want.Good signatures or signature as the case may be. It seems like it's mostly just using blurs though. Try some other elements in the sig. Still it's not too bad. Maybe 7.8/10 on the rating.

I highly recomend it.XMMS - Good music player. Still has some things I don't like but genraly it's good.Scribus - Great for designing flyers and the like.Eclipse - Great for programinig in Java, C, C++ ect.Hope that helps!

  5. Google works by tracking incoming links from other pages, but it's not necessarily the quantity as it is the quality.  Google assigns each web page a PageRank (click for wiki article).

Basically the PageRank can be 0-10.  It is better to have a few links from PR10 sites than a ton from PR0 sites.  The PR of incoming links also plays a major role in determining your PR.

Building your PR is very challenging and often people resort to link farms, but this only lasts a while because eventually Google recognizes a link farm for what it is and penalizes its PR.

You best bet is to build a quality site with original work that people will apreciate.  It comes down to "if you build it, they will come."

Great post right there. Pretty much sums it all up. Another thing you should do is make shure to put in good keywords in your Meta tags. Thats another big thing to do.
