Well i have seen advertisement of this game on G4. It looks like they made the game a bit more puzzle orrientented (correct me if im wrong) to were you have to do certain attacks for bosses after a certain point. Its been i while since i have seen the review so bare with me. However there is a boss you fight where after a bit of fighting he seperates the arena and trys killing you off by using monks he set ablaze. It sounds funny but i think that the Mortal Combat series is going astray from what made them what they are today. I would hope that they wouldnt progress anymore towards a "Mario" version of Mortal Combat and just keep up with the fighting series.

Well my name is Logan, i was referred to asta via myspace..originally to be able to host my music...but there are sum interesting threads here...only downside is sum of the best dont count towards the points heh ill come around dont wry.anywho...im a real big gaming freak i play alot of strategy games and i manage to download alota viruses....heh seriously i get like 1 a week not because my firewall is bad but becuz i download random stuff. recently while downloading i began having my eztrust firewall notify me that i have layered domain things or w.e. My computer has gotten slower...Only thing is ive run tests from a cuple of different sweepers...nun bring anything up but im afraid that there may still b a serious problem....i cant find anything suspicious in my program list and eztrust antivirus...and spy ware removal has found nothing that contains spyware or adware..and i havent had an adware popups yet....i think i may need help asap...i may even hafta wipe my computer again...im posting this also because i heard that ME is vulnerable to hacking and such and thats the system i have.

your post is kinda general man...there are quite a few unreal tournament games out there...If you are talking about the old computer game of the year one...I used to but it got really to easy...i wud always play the asteroid level get in the tower and get like 5 or 6 monster streaks and end the game from boredom....but it does bring back sum good memories...me and my buds used ta c how many head shots and killz we cud get in the one level...make bets and all that good stuff.

Starcraft is, in my opinion, a better game than Warcraft 3. Not for its graphics i mean you havta realize it was made what 6 years or so ago? Its better because the map creator is alot more user friendly. Ive tried making a map on WC3 and it's almost like needing a degree in rocket science is required before you can do so. However WC3 doesnt have that infamous CCMU on online maps. For those who dont know what CCMU means its sumtin like this....There is no limitation in certain user made maps becauze the triggers in it turn certain units into heros..eventually the map cant handle that many and a message appears stating Cannot Create More Units...CCMU.Wacraft 3 doesnt have that problem...also if you know how to use the editor you can make sum very extrodinary maps....Ill just stick with SC however and a map that briefly took over called Diplomacy...great map...kinda like playing one of those war games...try it sum time.

Well heres the thing...WoW is apparently very addicting, and thats the downside to it. wooo....old enough? are youn outa ur mind? age is nothing that needs to be brought up when it comes to those games... I am only 16 and i own the originals of all except for Dune..Ive never played that yet..It is kinda wierd how i work though. I bought the 2nd Warcraft than the 1st cuz i liked it so much. C&C my parents bought em all for me throughout my christmases about 3-4 years ago..I love those games...Btw people have stoped with the 10 min no rush...at least in Starcraft...they do a 20 min no rush now hahaha i kill em neway its fun to hear the rudeness they spout out.(if that made anysense at all)

ok to whomever said they arent cracking down on hackers you missed out. about a year ago...200,000 hackers were traced and were ip banned. another thing im not sure u have had a chance at is they implemented for diablo 2 an online stored character base and seperated it for every1. so the hackers can only use one area which is the open B.Net where they can upload their chars. in the Closed B.net the characters are saved into a Battle.Net storage and opened thru it also. The two forms can only interact via chat and can never play together that way hacked items cant be transfered over. As far as Starcraft goes on hacking...i dunno what they did but the hacking has reduced severly in the past 2 years.As far as SC2 goes...i dont think blizzard will make on for a while...They tried to make both WoW and Starcraft Ghost at the same time and get those out on the release dates..but i think they got overloaded and both of those were delayed. Starcraft Ghost hasnt even been released yet...If they do however come out with SC2 it should be a great game...with the programs they have on hand and the employees they have...theres no way it cant be. Remember that every game they have put out has become addicting for millions of people world wide.

they have also made movies for starcraft..they are exclusive videos i think and you wont see it advertised anywhere except for on battle.net. I personally havent seen one but if they can make a movie as good as they are able to make games..It should be good. But when you think about it..they have been trying to make to many things at once...for instance they came out with the books for starcraft diablo. movies for starcraft, in the middle of production of WoW and Starcraft 2 which was scraped for now and then began planning Starcraft Ghost...these guyz are pumpin out more than they can handle if you ask me.

I want to see what peoples views are on how Blizzard creates and advertises their games.I personally own almost every blizzard game made so far. Every one of them is a great game for the time it came out and a couple of them are still just as good 5-6 years later. Im talking about Starcraft and Diablo 2. Sure there are better games but the implementation of map creating abilities is what makes or breaks some of the new Strategy games, like starcraft. It's user friendly map creating database lets people create their own unique maps and than go online and play it with users around the world. This is what draws me to starcraft adding some 'spunk' to the game. Diablo 2 is a great interacting game and they have a very well made way of seperating cheaters from true blue gamers. It's open and closed servers help to seperate and also while playing Diablo online it allows you to distinguish who cheat and who dont.Now the downside of Blizzard Developement. Three years ago (correct me if i am wrong), a game was being advertised to come out later that year. What was that game? WoW, which came out 1 year ago. Also there have been advertisements for Starcraft Ghost, a first person shooter game for ps2. Starcraft Ghost has yet to be released because it hasnt met Blizzard Standards yet. Now im not saying blizzard is totally bad because they are right to delay the release..Blizzard has yet to make a bad game and I dont want to see that..I just want them to stop getting ones hopes up.

though it may not seem like it..earth 2025 does take a great deal of strategy and thinking. Earth 2025 is a war based game in which players create a country and build it up and fight with one another. It brings in several different servers which have different rules in each one. You spend turns to build explore fight and research. In it's alliance server are many clans that have been created with politics being installed into it. For all newcomers i would suggest trying out the primary server and eventually you will gain an invite into a clan in the alliance server...it is there were you will find yourself fighting wars..or trying to avoid them with other players... the site for this game is.....games.swirve.com/earth

i think that by far the best one i have played is Guild Wars. The interaction it alows with other people from all over is superb. Its clan base is brilliant, i believe, allowing a user to create and than recruite people into a guild which you are than allowed to battle other guilds in a pvp type fight...Your basic trades with other characters..The only rpg game that could possibly top this is World of Warcraft...the only problem is it's costly...14 dollars a month i believe..Anyway i suggest going out and buying Guild Wars..great for beginners
