I understand what you are talking about. I haven't done much research about that myself and I'm a bit of a newbie with all the coding stuff. What I can tell you is that from what I understand you will have to customize your own DIV to cover or go over the existing MySpace nav bar. I have a couple of friends who have done this. You can try the Myspace forums. Or here's the thread I found in one of the group forums. Sorry I can't help you further. Hope it helps a little though.

Help With Images how 2 make it transperent
Cj_girl808 replied to Jackel's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
If you are referring to a css filter for making IMAGES on your website appear transparent then here's the code: <style type="text/css">a img{filter:alpha(opacity=50);}</style> That will make all the images on your webpage 50 percent transparent. Of course, you can change the opacity number to your liking, where the lower the number the more transparent the image will be. You can also choose to make the images on your page transparent with mouseover: <style type="text/css">a:hover img{filter:alpha(opacity=50);}</style> -
I use emp3finder.com and mpee3.com to search for music. However, I use these only for posting on my webpage not for downloading. While researching for places to find music I also came across these listed. I haven't really found them helpful personally, but maybe they will be of assistance for you...Windows Media, epitonic, and sumfun4u.com Limewire indeed is a good P2P file sharing program. I used to use WinMX but I found I like Limewire much better. It seems a lot faster and connects better.

I joined for the same reason as well. Did you hear about this site from the Myspace forums?? If not, there is thread there that has a whole bunch of sources listed by the mods as well as some other users. A lot of them are described for your convenience. Also, if you are really just looking for a song to put on your myspace, then depending on the type of song that you intend to use you may be able to find it already on the web. The sites I use are emp3finder.com and mpee3.com. I hope you find this helpful.

Hello everyone. I'd thought I'd be nice and include my introduction post as well since there is this special Forum for it. I just joined today because I've long been looking for a free web host. I use tried Ripway but I get a lot of bandwidth problems with that so it's not very useful. So I was directed to this site from a thread in the Myspace forums. It's sounds like a really good deal so I decided to try it out.On a further introductory note. I'm a college student majoring in Visucal Communications. I'm fairly new at all this web stuff. I began getting more interested in the web earlier this year and I was researching how to create my own website. Then I was introduced to Myspace and I decided that was good enough for me. I have done some research here and there to figure out how to customize my Myspace page so I know the basics I guess you could say. This is getting a bit long so I'll just end with this note. I'm not very confident in forums. My first experience with forums was on Myspace and it wasn't a very good one. I was doing things wrong when I didn't realize it and I even read the rules but no one was really explaning things to me. I have read the rules for posting here and I hope that I do not break any of them by mistake.Thank you for you time.**New Xisto member**
