I experimented a bit with pathes in GIMP and this cat is what came out: The first one on the left is version #1 I didn't really like the eyes so I stroked the eyes and the nose (in the middle/Version #2). Then I hid the "eyeballs" (on the right/Version #3). I don't really like the mouth but unfortunately I can't do better. What do you guys (and girls) think? I know it's nothing special but it's kind of my "baby"

Here's mine: I like it nice and clean

I don't really feel this one. The background is nice but that's it (in my opinion). It's a nice font but all together the text seems a bit flat to me. You may add a stroke, some brushes or anything else. The thing with the small picture and the lines is a nice idea but there are two things I don't like: First, the vertical line looks like it's thicker than the horizontal one. Second, the horizontal line doesn't end at the top/bottom of the background. The render and it's stroke are nice but the shadow is cut of at the bottom which doesn't look good. Dont' get me wrong, your signature is nice overall but you should mind the little details

Those are all my sigs - I did the Metal Slug one about six month ago and finished my newest one (Iverson) on this week's Monday. That's one signature per month. I woudn't consider that a "the more the merrier"-mentality For the Jedi Mind Tricks one: Diarrhea Well, the text is clearly readable on my computer. Maybe your monitor's too "dark" or mine's too "bright" (I don't really know how to say that). For the Jochen Bendel one: I photographed the tele - Usually that doesn't lead to high quality pictures

Are you sure you haven't worked with Photoshop before? Those are really great (Well, the first one's text looks kind of flat) - My favourite's the Metroid one. The background is more than great

Well, they weren't as much work as they may look like. They took me like 30 min average.It's funny that the Kobe one - which is my favourite too - took me a lot less time to finish than the JMT one for example.

My newest one - Allen Iverson: Jedi Mind Tricks - one of my favourite rap-groups: That's Jochen Bendel, an Austrian TV-Host I don't like at all; but he looks so funny Kobe Bryant: Metal Slug: A gorilla: I know that the JMT and Kobe sigs are too big... Well, what do you think? Wich one's the best? /edit: The gorilla and Metal Slug are also too big

So, I've stroken the text now and brightened the whole banner a little bit. Ver. 1 (unbrightened): Ver. 2 (brightened): The brightened one looks kind of on my screen but it's up to you.

I really like the design and the header. The limegreen doesn't hurt my eyes and really fits to the backgroundcolor.BUT I don't like the scrolling. I hate scrolling in general because it distracts me when I'm reading something. (I guess I'm the only one here who thinks that )

First of all: thanks for the comments.I'll make the text brighter and stroke it when I'm at home and post it later. Here in school the banner seems to be way darker than on my computer at home Anyway, the homepage will be about Esperanto, GFX, and other stuff related to me.P.S. Gimp's kind of an equivalent to Photoshop. Since I'm a Linuxer I have to use it (which doesn't mean I am not satisfied with it)

This will be the banner of my homepage. I made it in half an hour so it's kind of "cheap". That diagonal line drove me crazy because I couldn't get it look smooth. But what do you think? PS: I used the GIMP
