  1. I really don't see what all the fuss is about here. The whole "Ad Program" idea is entirely automated, it's not like some person reads your messages. Actually, it's all done by computer, and as we all know, computers can use data, but they don't understand it, so what's the risk?Let me put it this way. The whole idea is done by computers and not people. To say that you didn't trust the idea would mean you were, in effect, saying that you don't trust computers. And how can that be true? :)

  2. I've been a Yahoo Mail user for way over a year now and I still prefer Yahoo! Mail due to their user friendiness and support. After all, a web service that has recieved a gold award can't be bad can't it?I have become aware of Gmail after realising that it is commonly used by students in my school, however, I am not keen on them due to the fact I can't register due to it currently being (in a sarcastic tone) "Invitation Only", but also becase of recent concerns about G-mail safety. From what I've heard, Gmail is at a safety risk and I wouldn't gamble on using them.Oh yeah, and I agree: The moment you sign up for a Hotmail account you've opened up a portal to other companies sending out like 300 spams a day. Their memory storage is low, their service is very faulty... in sum, Hotmail is total rubbish!

  3. That's just the thing, I have three problems there-1. I don't have Server Side Includes (yes, I do know what they are)2. All my logging in features (except on my forum) are done using JavaScript, so I don't know if they'd be compatible,3. I know very little about SSI or their scripting techniques....But then again, moving to Xisto should solve the first two problems...And when I say I know very little about SSI, the only thing I really do understand is how to make a .htaccess file, and how to make custom error pages using it.

  4. Hi.

I know there's a lot of forums that use things such as Credits, Points etc. that people gain in different ways and can be used for rewards such as hosting, Additional Permissions, etc.

Well, I want to know if there is a simple way to make a Point System similar to this, but works on Websites as well as forums and can be gained or lost by visiting certain pages, making posts, or (maybe) playing games. What is more, while you are on the website youcan always see the points you have at a certan place on the page.

Is there a way of doing this? A thing like this would really boost my website!

    Thanks in advance,

    -Trojan

  5. List all the Cheat Websites why don't we?Well, for whatever game you're looking for, if there's ever any cheats there's one place to get them. It's the one, the only... CHEAT SEARCH ENGINE! No I'm not kidding, there REALLY is a cheat search engine! What's it called, you may be wondering?Its... CheatOogle! That's right, CheatOogle, a Google-Based search engine entirely for cheats! If there's a cheat anywhere, you'll find it here. I believe the website is: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/: I appologise if you think I'm being too braggy, too over-the-top, too melodramtic, etc, etc. I like to make a good presentation of things, so sorry. Please don't put me into trouble!

  6. That looks cool! And best thing is, I'm only 3.5 Credits away from hosting, so I'll be using it soon!Edit: Woah, Cpanel IS cool! I did a google search and found pages offering demos, and I tried one out and couldn't BELIEVE the power I had at my figertips!Edit: I can tell you went for the Package 1 hosting Logan, those Space and Bandwith Stats are pretty low...

  7. Hello. I'm an Xisto user with 25 Credits, so I'll be applying for hosting pretty soon. But one thing intrests me, I hear that the websites use Cpanel 10. Could we see a demo of this please?I'm not familiar to Cpanel, so seeing a demo would help me greatly. Also, it would help prove to us non-hosted guys that those hoping for Cpanel aren't being scammed (not that I believe we are being scammed).

  8. Game Editor can be used for Puzzle Games, but these are generally harder to do, so you need a little knowledge of the program. The results can be good ones though, I've seen Puzzles games such as Checkers, Mazes etc. all done with Game Editor.Of course, you may find that Game Editor does not suit your needs for making Puzzle Games, so my advice in that case is to search the web for a Puzzle Maker. Unfortunately I don't know one off heart.

  9. On my home computers I have Ad-Aware SE 1.06, Spybot S&D 1.3 and JavaCools SpywareBlaster, and considering the results I've had I think this combo works well.I'd like to reccomend something. Getting more protection is a good thing, but DON'T OVERDO IT! A safe amount is two adware/spyware programs, one virus checker, and one Spyware Blocker. You might be saying, "Why not more?" Well, having more has caused limited functionality at times, and not to mention they slow down your computer a LOT! But also, I had a friend who had SEVEN Ad/Spyware blockers on her computer, and as a result they stopped working! So look for the best ones, but don't overdo it.Also, may I say just one thing? Although I have not personally tried any Microsoft-brand Virus, Adware or Spyware scanner, I would not trust them as they have resulted in some strange results, for example I've heard a report of a Microsoft Virus Scanner saying that Microsoft Explorer was a virus!!! (No kidding!)Hope this helps all of you looking around out there.
