i use SP2. i think it isn't service pack - it is new OSif you can't download it, try to write to microsoft for send a CD by post. it is free -

Celeron is "Pentium LITE" But i think Celeron 633 is faster then P2 450 -
try to use BIOS to select drive which you want to use. press F11 or something of this sort and select the 2nd HDD. it doesn't matter if it is master or slave...
