i personally think that Avast AntiVirus is really good for a free protector....it works fine and can be set to run on startup....it hasn't let me down and you all should try it..

Running XP Pro with no problems until today. Attempted to set up another account. When I did so, It somehow became the Admin. user. I deleted that account and now my desktop comes up as If I just installed XP. Outlook Express can't be found, I get 2 to 4 syntex errors for every page I go to, HJT is attached, but will not delete and selected options. System Restore was turned off. Can I get my system back to where it was???? HJT shows WMP but if I click on a movie, the option to download it comes up...? I have't a clue if this is the right place so please forgive me. I was wondering how it is possible to connect my games consol to my PC. I know it can be done i just don't know how. I want to be able to record what would normally be displayed on the TV screen. I have software at the moment which picks up TV signals and displays them from the TV card, and I was wondering if it was possible to get the PS2 signals there too.I tried using an RF cable, connecting it through the aerial on the YV card, but no luck.Any ideas??Thanks.

Ok...this might not apply to many of you but....if your in my situation (which ur porbably not) ...you may have a laptop which your school gives you for the whole year and has unlimited blocks on it......of cource ive gotten past all these blocks and one of them is the blocking of websites..........first...just go t netscape and download the browser....boom....when your not on the schools network and are on your own.....you can view ANY webpage whether its blocked or not.....ok...so ur in school and you want to go to a blocked webpage and netscape doesnt work.....theres a thing called an i frame which lets you view any blocked pages...... my favorite is one called rollerblast View this I frame here Rollerblast is an i frame and it allows you to type in any website in its search bar and you can access it on a computer with limited access.... some other I frames are http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://ww1.ultrareach.net//?gtnjs=1 but those are korean and go much slower

For those of you who didnt know....if you have a school laptop or some kind of restricted computer where some websites are blocked....you can always type the hyperlink in google and click "google's catche" and it will bring you to the requested website

good suggestion....i personally would rather see the nice clean XP style ....thats why i hate windows millenium and lower
