Hands down Google. They provide great results and they refrain from advertising, like Yahoo and MSN do. Besides Yahoo uses the Google engine... -
SmartFTP! You can just drag files and you can edit files from the program. That's nice when you are modding for IPB!

I've used both. I don't think there is much of a difference, except maybe the cost. Generally AMD computers are far less expensive then the equivilant Intel.
