  1. I am using a 133MHZ pentium with suse 09.1 and i use it as server for my files and internet connection sharing and it works great!!!!!But i have no GUI installed!!!!!Linux ruleeeeeeeeezzzz

    HI!!I have a question about CGI!! Can i write C scripts and execute it on the server?????if yes is there a timeout, or can i write a script, that is never stoped???cu tux
  4. On the previous versions of Photoshop if I used the black pointer tool to drag a selection in the document I was working on it would drag the the selection in the currentley selected layer. Why then in Photoshop CS does it drag whatever image is under your pointer (regardless of the layer). Does anyone know how to get around this. In fact does anyone even understand what I'm going on about?

  6. HI @ all!! Have you heard from gmail!! its google mail!! But you can only join when somebody ínvite you!!!! Just stumbled across this little gem: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ The idea behind this is that you send all your invites to gmail@isnoop.net and anybody who wants an invite just submits their address at the site and gets an invite right away. But this plattform doesn´t have invites?? Can anybody envite me?????????? thx tux
  7. I am attempting to configure Apache server (v 1.3.12) with PHP3 (v 3.0.16) the --with-ldap option chosen. PHP3 configures and installs ok, but when I try to run make in the apache directory I get a lot of errors saying that for example modules/php3/libphp3.a (ldap.o): In function "_close_ldap_link": /usr/local/php-3.0.16/functions/ldap.c:128 undefined refernece to "ldap_unbind_s" I receice approx 50 similar error messages . Has anyone come accross this or know how to resolve it Thanks tux
