I am getting my IP Address like this is there something going wrong then please suggest me what I can do for correct it

This the details when I go by Command Prompt for_ ipconfig
I am confused by IPv6 Address (What is this) so please help me and provide the knowledge base instructions, if this is wrong "ipconfig" then please suggest me what I have to do to solve it
