Hi,I have problems logging into my mail address.ORMy mail address does not work in Outlook but it works using webmail.ORI get authentication error.

Hi,Please use the FILEMANAGER to chmod public_html folder to 777. Also, when you are checking for files, please see to it that the filename is in lower case. Linux is case sensitive. So index.Html is diffrent from index.html.Also, for .cgi files, the file permission MUST be 755.Thanks

I currently have a domain registered with xxxxxx. I would like to move it to wherever I have my web site hosted. You indicate you can register domains, but not accept transfers. Is that correct? xxxxxxx would charge me $20 just to keep the domain registration if I move my website.

There is a feature in Cpanel Called HOTLINK Protection.That will prevent users from using images on your site in their website by linking directly. This should solve your problem.

I need help in lowering my bandwidth each month. I mainly make gallery posts to put up on forums. Alot of people can access my pictures that I put up on different forums, thus driving up my bandwidth. I have no problem with people looking at my pictures. The problem I have is I can't seem to protect my domain (xxxxxx.us) and by that I mean anybody could just type in http://www.xxxxxxx.us/ and take (steal) everything I have. How do I stop that? We are sorry for that downtime. However, We geared up every possible resource we had in hand and bought the server back online within 9 hours. We dispatched this mail right after the servers were online.

I think you should talk to your ISP and tell them this error. Also, please provide us your website name so that we can check your dns and other parameters.

Please CHMOD the .htaccess file to 777 and see if that helps.

This was a temporary error caused by the Helpdesk software. We have fixed it and things are working perfectly now.The helpdesk script had issues sending the mails sent to it inside the helpdesk system.

In the shell, you can use a command called wget which allows you to fetch files from outside your website.
