First I should mention that photoshop is often used as a tool to create a nice looking design for a webpage however it not used to create the links or interactivity of your website. What you could do is use the knife tool in photoshop to cut the design into smaller parts (buttons, logo, text areas and other sections of your site.) Once you have used the knife tool to cut the image into the desired pieces you can export that to HTML. This will create a basic HTML template from your image.Since it seems you don't have much experience with web design, I suggest you try a WYSIWYG(what you see is what you get) page editor. Try downloading a trial version of Dreamweaver to get the feel for it.Dreamweaver can insert links and images and help you set up your website without knowing how to write HTML code. All you will need to do is load the HTML file that you exported from photoshop into dreamweaver, then right click on the button you wish to link to the next page, then click "hyperlink" in the menu that is shown. Enter the web address of the page you want to link to and click ok. Save your page. The link should now be made and all you have to do is upload your pages to your website to test and make sure it is working. If you give this a shot I'm sure you will catch on pretty quick. If you still can't get it figured, send me a PM here on Xisto and I'll see if I can help you out.
