Temporary would basically store data such as if someone logs in. So if someone logged in, they'd basically get logged out if there were no temporary cookies. But that's cookie-based. If we're talking about stuff like Tablespace, it'd probably not store user logs or if someone recently did some change that lasted for a certain time, it wouldn't process through. Don't delete or leave out either one. In fact, keep them all regardless if they do nothing. It's better to have lots in which 1/4 of the files do nothing than delete the wrong crap and have nothing.
