why I cannot install my IE8 in win after uninstalling it? why can I not re install IE8? Its says not comaptible on this OS? I am using win7 now and I suppose IE8 is made for win7?

The only possible reason for not being able to install IE8, is because you have a serious problem with your win7 installation. I will recommend to you, trying to repair your installation first, or reinstall if the problem persists.

Make sure that you have proper copy of Internet Explorer 8. Some websites do not provide proper copy of IE8. I think it is of 19 MB. So take it and follow the proper steps while installing it.

this is a possibility that your IE8 was not properly uninstalled. i was amazed when you said that you have uninstalled your IE8 from your windows 7 OS since I can't uninstall mine from my windows 7. There is also a possibility that you are using an old IE installer which is either IE7 or IE8Beta which both don't work with windows 7.download from Microsoft or use windows update "extra software" to fetch the installer. Microsoft will always offer you the installer if you don't have one installed.

You cant ever uninstall internet explorer from windows... You can only disable it.... re enabling is really easy...Go to control panel.... Click on programs and features..... Click on turn windows features on or off...Below will be a list of all the microsoft programs installed... You can choose to enable or disable Internet explorer 8.Internet explorer v8 Installers are for Vista, win 2003, Media center and maybe windows xp.....
