Phpeditor A php web development program.

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I am making a php powered program that will eventually have a file manager and all kinds of cool stuff. What it does is its an online php/html editor thats half WYSIWYG and half text. Right now nothing works really except the code previewer. Which right now only previews html. But I will put java scripts and guides and what not when its finished. Also when its finished you will have to pay for it and buy a lisence. But for now anyone can use it threw the testing stages. :D

It previews HTML. Php doesnt work yet. It will take me abouts 1-2 years to finish it completley even with the help of a pro php programmer that I know as a friend. :D

well i have a bad news my friend

the name PHPEditor has got an owner. :D
Well, the creator of FusionPHP (the creators of FusionNews) have a free-program for PHP scripting.

It's quite good, I use it. It's not WYSIWYG (at least version 1), but it really powerful, and free. You know, it's not a good idea that people will have to pay for use it, because you'll have 0-10 costumers per year.

EDIT: just forgot: HTML previewer is good. also, next time you name a script, search in Google if the name already exists; it 's a good tool.

This isnt a computer program. Plus it works with data bases and things like that to make an easy website. I dont know what your thinking of. Also today I am going to re-structure the code and make some minor changes. :D[EDIT] This is a completley web based program. Also its only like 20% done so dont expect much.

I cant find the name phpEditor anywhere on there site plus, my software has absolutly no relevence except maybe the name a little bit. But then I will probably just name it something else. Also I made some small updates. But the dev location wont be up for another 2 weeks unless I can find a way to fit it in my webserver for gamers pub. I also might make a site for it and all my other scripts. :D

yes, I think changing its name is a good idea. because it doesn't matter that one is a computer program, and the other one is a PHP script. if a made a chat script called "Windows", Microsoft would file a lawsuit against my a*s whatever my script would be about.

anyway, if you need some help, I may help you with some things.
