The program is called FPS Creator and its a great program. I currently have free version and it's a very nice program. Reason why I downloaded it because I always wanted to make a FPS game couple months ago and I tried Game Maker. Game Maker was not the best program to make FPS game.You can give a try at http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and just hit the Demo. It isn't that hard to use it.
