Mike 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2004 When I 'shout' things in the shoutbox, why am I only allowed to shout one every 45 seconds? When I go to shout a second one (in a row), it says that I have to wait 45 seconds before posting a new topic. However, I'm not even posting a new topic! I'm shouting in the shoutbox!
