Prayers and all the best thoughts to you and your family, Serverph. No rushing back here, take the time you need to do what needs to be done. The Trap will be here when you are ready to return. We'll cover the things that need to be done. Just like you would do for us...

Serverph, in your heart and in your family's hearts you all know what's best for your grandmother. Sometimes letting it go is harder than holding on... these are the times when your faith is tested and slammed against the toughest obstacles.Have faith in that whatever the outcome may be, there's got to be a reason. And this reason may not be revealed in your lifetime, but the pain and the experience will not go wasted. Something or someone will benefit from this tribulation.I pray for your console and your family's. Be well and see you soon.

I think I'll be away most of the weekend. I sold my blackberry 8800 and got me internet tablet from Nokia. I'm connecting my GPS device and planning waypoints all the way to Montreal (missing `). I hope my boat would make it all the way :D Crossing the international boarder through water is always tricky--thus a GPS device.Storing up plenty of food just in case... I think I could grab free Wi-Fi signals out there but just in case I cannot, I will look after hosting requests all on Monday first thing in the morning.Anyone can suggest good waypoints from Grand Island, NY to Montreal, Canada please do let me know :P I know it's simple but never navigated across an international boarder. I'm not even sure if I should call both consulates.

hi guys, i'm back. and thanks to all for the consoling words and prayers you have in support. my grandmother passed just hours after i posted my message above. it had been a difficult time for our family these past few weeks. we have laid her to rest middle of last week, but i didn't yet had the time to get online immediately thenafter. more truthfully, i didn't yet feel the desire to get back online. but life has to go on... so i am here with my Xisto family again, among others.i'm in the process of making a memorial video of my grandmother (one and half hour long, at least), and it will be consuming my time most of the next few days. sorting through all her photos and videos (which i will choose and edit to include in the video) and picking up songs which will remind us of her is my personal way of healing myself in losing a loved one. i'll be dropping in from time to time to update myself on things here which happened while i'm temporarily away. hopefully i'll get back on track again very soon to help with the mod duties. it may be a little while before i'm back to my usual self in the forums, so please bear with me.again, my and family's profound thanks to my Xisto family.

Sorry about your Grandmother's passing. It was simply her turn to move on. In the big scope of things, we will all have our turn. Condolences, of course to your family. And don't worry about here. It is slow lately and there hasn't been a lot to deal with anyway. Get things done and post the link to that video when you have it completed. Look forward to having you back in your usual form, Serverph. Whenever you can be here is great. No big deal.

I will be out of Xisto until Thursday. A friend of mine, his son is going in for a pre-op. I will be accompanying him and his family to Ohio for pre-op and the following Tuesday his son, Codi, will be going under a major reconstruction of his spin surgery. Please ask OpaQue to approve critical pending application requests.

Hi,Please forgive me all for being a hopeless moderator. Lately after VPS was launched and customers on Server ALPHA being asked to move to a new server. I have a bit too much on my plate.I have been assigned to do quite a few things, I am happy to do them as I do get the experience needed and learn a new trick :XD: BUT it is affecting my duties towards Xisto and Xisto. Now I have never been able to post on Xisto but have been able to monitor a bit. Xisto is my main pride and joy however even Trap has begun to suffer. I might be able to look over for a few minutes every day but my posting and screening of topics are gonna reduce. Is that alright? I do screen a few topics and all but I dont have the time like I used to :)Thanks for understanding and please forgive me once more.

BuffaloHelp

Velma, you have your priorities. Please do not worry about your limited time for Xisto. This isn't to say that you're not missed (we miss you) but you have to do what's at the top of your list of things to do.Do what you can and we'll see you soon. And if you have some time, would you reply to my PM or check the Report Center for my report? Thanks. :XD:

Hey I have a question about the free hosting requests. Why are there 2 different layouts for the requests? I know one is from the form generator, but there is another layout where members put "PRESENT CREDITS" and questions like "Did you like the forums? if not, Please mention the reason?". Where is that from? Are people just copying old requests, or is there a topic where this format is recommended? Or is there another forum generator...Sometimes it's really hard to keep track of all the different stickies and readmes :XD:... most of the time they repeat the same information in a different way which is something that needs to be improved on :)

Kubi

I believe one is the new request and one is the old. Also, it could be the one for domains aswell...My sister is moving into a new apartment with her boyfriend on friday, so I'll be helping her out with that. Other then that it's work as usual.

jlhaslip

What have you been working at, Kubi? Is school back for you yet?

i've been having trouble with my ISP the past two weeks, hence i don't go here that much to do mod duties. sorry about that. :) it was a new ISP i've been testing, which crept very slowly, even in trying to open google.com. since it is a prepaid service (unlike postpaid, with monthly recurring billing statements) i can't just let it go to waste so i tried everything to figure out what was wrong with it and "fix" it. no success there, it was just really a bad network they have. so after some time i had to switch back to my old ISP which i don't have problems with in the first place, just that my old ISP prepaid card expired and i had the chance to test a new one (to my dismay of course in the end). :D ah, curiosity killed my online life for quite some time there. :P
