Because he is the root admin of a forum that is down because of them. Their servers failed. How do I know? I am an admin there, and spend a lot of time getting it ready for hosting which we will soon offer. They are the biggest problem right now. It will be easy to get the forums back up since I have all the forum order written out and saved. But we can't very well proceed without the forum up again.See our problem? It is very frusterating! So if you know anyone, please get them to reply here. It is holding us up. Thanks.

oooh why don't you guys just contact them or is that their support staff are not helping you guys out if thats the case then i would go somewhere else.

Goldenarrow (mxweb root admin) did. They lost the whole forum and don't have any backup files it seems, which means we must re-construct the forum. This is a big pain. Go somewhere else? Thats not a bad idea. Wish there was a realiable hoster out there. So if anyone works there, contact goldenarrow.

fist of all the servers are back online it took me and dinix 10 hours to find out whats wrong and reinstall everything again the cause of the servers going down was due to a node (the softwear that dinix was running at the time) going haywire so we fixed that.

 

second i dont want a reseller account from Xisto - Web Hosting because i have to pay money and i have 2 racks of 20 servers and i dont think Xisto - Web Hosting weould co-location host them.

 

3irdly i get my servers co-located for free by dinix bercause i know one of the guys who happens to be my uncle works in one of the data centers and he siad heed co-locate my servers for free there for saving me ?1498 a month

 

thats why i use dinix coz there are relieable and the person who crashed the node has been fired and i have been given compensation for the matter.

 

so now me and all the admins jusat have to put everything back in the forums and dont wory i managed to recover some of the backup.

I tried both your regular domain name and your forum domain name (/forum) but I still can't see it. Just tell me when I can type in the url and see it, and I am right there helping to put it back up Nice that you got the hosting for free. That is a tidy sum to save
