I managed to login my cpanel but I cannot do anything with it

What ever option I click I only get an big Alert on my screen saying:

It does not matter what option I try all give same error.

Cant figure out what I am doing wrong I did loggin with pass given to me in pm and there is no message about "setup stil in progres" or something which makes me think the setup is completed,
